Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: Borrowdale Academy’s Gen Alpha Leadership Seminar

Our meticulously planned program, which ran from Friday, February 21st to Sunday, February 23rd, 2025, provided a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, ensuring a holistic learning experience.

Here’s a recap of what our prefects experienced:

Friday:
The seminar kicked off with a journey to RareGold, where our students familiarized themselves with the venue.
The afternoon was dedicated to in-depth discussions on leadership strategies and problem-solving, culminating in invaluable one-on-one sessions with Dr. and Mrs. Mboweni (Econet CEO), offering unique insights and guidance.
Saturday:
A full day of immersive leadership training awaited, led by Noah’s Ark, focusing on team-building activities that strengthened collaboration and communication skills.
Sunday:
The seminar culminated with practical leadership sessions delivered by a panel of esteemed speakers:

This seminar reflected Borrowdale Academy’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded leaders who are prepared to excel in an increasingly digital world. We believed this experience empowered our Gen Alpha prefects to lead with confidence, integrity, and innovation.
